Dr. Delgersaikhan.Sh is a soil and environmental specialist with 19 years of experience in rehabilitation, environmental monitoring, and soil and water remediation. He has participated in over 30 national and international projects, working alongside experts from Mongolia, Russia, China, Germany, the USA, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. His work focuses on soil, water, and air quality monitoring, as well as neutralization and purification of contaminated soil and water.

Dr. Delgersaikhan is highly specialized in:

• Soil genesis and classification
• Determining fertilizer and irrigation norms to enhance soil fertility
• Landscape geochemistry and environmental engineering

At Ulzii Environmental LLC, he currently leads and contributes to several technical and biological land rehabilitation projects, as well as experimental research in environmental restoration. R. Munkhbayar is a highly experienced forestry engineer and rehabilitation specialist with over 23 years of professional experience in forest management, environmental protection, and land restoration. He has developed deep expertise in the rehabilitation of waste rock dumps, establishment of protective forest belts, and the creation of green infrastructure in mining landscapes.
Since 2024, he has served as Senior Specialist in Rehabilitation and Reforestation at Ulzii Environmental LLC, where he leads the design and implementation of technical and biological rehabilitation methods for the Oyu Tolgoi mining project. His role includes developing site-specific restoration technologies that align with operational timelines and ecological objectives.

He is also actively engaged in Mongolia’s national “Billion Trees” (“Terbum Mod”) program, where he contributes to:

Tuvshinjargal is an environmental specialist with six years of experience in the Gobi region, focusing on biological rehabilitation of degraded land, tree nursery development, green space creation, and outdoor landscaping. She has successfully contributed to a variety of projects involving land rehabilitation, afforestation, degraded forest restoration, and green infrastructure planning.

the mechanization of rehabilitation work and the operation and maintenance of rehabilitation machinery and equipment.

Since 2024, he has been part of the Ulzii Environmental LLC team, where he is responsible for: Managing the operation and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment, Ensuring the reliability and performance of technical equipments, supporting the planning and execution of rehabilitation.

Ba. Tuvshinjargal is an experienced environmental specialist with over 6 years of expertise in environmental management, detailed environmental impact assessment (DEIA), Environmental baseline studies, and mitigation planning and consulting. He has contributed to more than 48 environmental projects and programs, delivering high-quality assessments, monitoring, and solutions to reduce environmental risks and impacts.

Since 2024, he has been an integral part of the Ulzii Environmental LLC team, GIS based mapping and topographic surveying using drone technology for reforestation and land rehabilitation projects.
